About the Role:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Duties:

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery-from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, site personnel, subcontractors, and contractors, to foster effective collaboration and communication.
• Manage stakeholder relationships by serving as the primary liaison for clients, architects, suppliers, and other key parties throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proactively monitor project progress, identifying risks and resolving technical, logistical, or resource-related issues swiftly to minimize delays and maintain performance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of work experience in construction project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction methods and safety standard
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
