As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of our projects from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and budget adherence. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met; • Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans; • Conducting site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions; • Collaborating with the construction team to resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle; • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, costs, and timelines; • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and any changes or deviations from the original plan. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including $80,000- $90,000 per annum plus Super.
