As Construction Manager (w/m/d) Data Center (CSA), you will take overall responsibility for building a data center. We stand every morning for creating a livable future for generations to come. Our team is looking for a construction manager who can lead our projects from planning to completion. Your tasks will include: • Project management: You will be responsible for managing the construction process, including planning, coordination, and control of all project activities. • Team leadership: As a leader, you will motivate and guide your team members to achieve their goals and objectives. • Stakeholder management: You will coordinate with various stakeholders, such as clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. • Quality control: You will be responsible for ensuring that the construction work meets the required quality standards. • Risk management: You will identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the project's success. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, construction management). • At least 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
