Construction Manager - Roads and Civil Industry

Job Title: Construction Manager, Roads and Civils Location: Pretoria, South Africa We are currently seeking a highly experienced and competent Construction Manager to join our client's team in Pretria. As a Construction Manager in the roads industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of road construction projects from planning and design to execution and delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes in the roads sector, including project management, quality control, safety, and budgeting. You will also be expected to work closely with our client's team, as well as other stakeholders, such as contractors, suppliers, and local authorities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in road construction projects. A valid driver's license is also required. In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
