Provide design input to Engineering Team during the design reviewsProactively propose Value Engineering solutions in order to optimize the scopePre-align with Technical Service Team regularly on the new systems to be implementedDevelop pre commissioning check list and provide Commissioning scope to Procurement TeamDevelop and set into motion innovative plans together with project controls team that reduce budget And/or?condense schedule (Value Engineering and time/cost impact mitigation) to keep milestones and costsPresent ideas and plans to executive leadersUnderstand and lead?construction, startup systems and sequences and review designs for constructabilitySubmit and follow RFIs, FCRs and request for CRQFs to the TPM when requiredFollow all DCNOTs to ensure execution on time Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Construction, Engineering or Technical Field and/or evidence of exceptional experienceExcellent written and verbal communicationHIgh proficiency in Microsoft ExcelWillingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field and to get hands dirty as needed to complete objectives or find the correct informationAbility to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelinesand aggressive goalsMany years’ experience in similar roll for similar projects Pleasant working atmosphereVaried tasks in a renowned company Within Construction & Property, we recruit executives and specialists in the construction and real estate industry.
