Construction Manager - Głogów Małopolski and surroundings
Job description
Firm F.B.U.H. WALMAR is looking for a construction manager. Employment on a work contract (full-time, part-time or B2B cooperation).
Duties:
- Supervision of construction implementation according to the schedule and budget
- Coordination of construction works and supervision of subcontractors
- Control of technical documentation and settlements correctness
- Leading construction documentation
- Cooperation with the client, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Planning deliveries and controlling materials delivered to the construction site
- Interdisciplinary coordination of performed works
- Scheduling work plans
- Participation in the process of preparing/planning building investments/remodeling
- Supervision over quality and timeliness of work.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team
- Good organization skills
- Experience on a similar position (e.g. construction manager, foreman)
- Knowledge of building regulations
- Higher technical education
- Driving license category B
- Familiarity with cost estimation software
- Commitment and responsibility in performing tasks
