The Role: As we enter our next growth phase, we are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects. This role would involve managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. * Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. * Manage subcontractors and vendors. * Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Monitor and control project costs. * Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control. * Manage project closeout procedures. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes. * Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. * Prepare and submit project reports. * Manage and mentor project teams. Skills and Experience: * Proven experience as a Construction Manager, with a minimum of [Insert Number] years in the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of construction processes and methods. * Excellent project management skills. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Strong financial acumen, including the ability to manage budgets and control costs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage and motivate project teams. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes. * Experience with project management software.
