To strengthen the team at our Winterthur location, we are looking for a motivated individual as Construction Manager Electrical. Our customer is a leading company in the field of building and energy solutions with a focus on digitalization and sustainability. Your tasks • Electrical installations: You will lead installations on small and medium-sized construction sites in both high- and low-voltage areas. • Quality and deadline assurance: You ensure that all work is carried out professionally and on time according to internal quality standards. • On-site coordination: You coordinate the specialist staff on site and ensure a smooth workflow. • Safety guidelines: You pay attention to compliance with workplace safety guidelines and actively live them. • Building administration: You maintain the building journal, record changes, and check installation documents. • Communication: You are in regular exchange with the responsible project managers. Your skills • Vocational training: You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrical installer or electromonteur EFZ. • Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in the field, ideally already as a construction manager. • Knowledge of dimensions and norms: You have experience creating part- and overall drawings and are familiar with the NIN installation regulations and statutory provisions. • Personality: You are innovative, dynamic, and solution-oriented. • Language skills: You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking. • Mobility: You possess a category B driving license.
