About the Contractor You will be joining a respected tier-one Irish contractor with over 40 years of experience delivering high-profile projects across Ireland. The company has a proven track record in:

• Large-scale residential regeneration and city-centre mixed-use schemes
  
  
• Civil engineering and infrastructure works including roads, bridges, and public realm upgrades
  
  
• Utilities and essential services such as water, gas, power, and telecoms
  
  
• Renewables and energy infrastructure supporting Ireland’s transition to a low-carbon future
  
  

They are currently delivering one of Dublin’s largest residential regeneration projects, a landmark development that will shape the city for years to come.


Role Overview: As a Construction Manager, you will take a leadership role in delivering this flagship project. You will oversee site operations, manage subcontractors and direct labour, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large residential regeneration site.
  
  
• Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to meet programme, cost, and quality targets.
  
  
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  
  
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  
  
• Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  
  
• Report progress, risks, and key deliverables to senior management.
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Construction Manager, ideally on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
  
  
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  
  
• Knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and best practice standards.
  
  
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable.
