Construction Lead Supervisor

I'm currently supporting a Construction Lead Supervisor (Ground Works) requirement on a major data centre project in Belgium, This is a contract role, 5 days per week onsite, where you would be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all ground works packages, including:

• Supervising excavation, foundations, drainage, and underground services
• Managing groundworks subcontractors and daily site activities
• Ensuring works are delivered to programme, quality, and safety standards
• Coordinating with engineers, consultants, and the main contractor
• Carrying out site inspections, resolving issues, and reporting progress

Role details:

• Belgium - large-scale data centre project
• 5 days onsite
• €800-€850 per day
• 12 Month Contract
