Construction Labourer

• Advancement: There is potential to take on more advanced tasks and assist various trades on-site, moving you toward skilled labour responsibilities.
• Additional Hours: While the starting hours is 32 hours per week, there are often opportunities for full-time hours based on project needs and individual performance.
  
  

• Loading and unloading materials.
• Assisting various trades on-site.
• Site cleanup and gravel shoveling.
• Following directions from site supervisors to maintain safety and efficiency.
  
  

• Reliability: A proven track record of showing up on time and ready to work.
• Transportation: A reliable means of getting to and from the work site.
• PPE: You must own and bring your own steel-toed boots, safety vest, safety glasses, hard hat, and gloves.
• Attitude: Hard-working, a team player, and able to take direction clearly.
