Construction Foreman / Surveyor

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman / Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive site experience in pipework and road construction, complemented by a strong background in surveying. This role demands a team player who can excel in a high-pressure environment, maintaining high attention to detail and ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. Responsibilities Supervise and manage construction projects, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders, maintain accurate records and reports, identify and mitigate potential risks, and provide guidance and support to site personnel. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in construction management or surveying, strong understanding of construction methods and materials, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
