The basic requirements of the position are:

• Superior studies completed in the field of civil construction
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
• Competence in Ms Office, programming software (Intersoft)
• Knowledge of English at a medium level represents an advantage.

Description of key responsibilities:

• Planning the execution of work
• Managing payment situations for completed works
• Managing critical phases
• Managing the central coordinator with contract status
• Preparing the Construction Book
• Receiving and processing project completion reports
• Elaborating qualification documentation for tenders
• Elaborating technical documentation for tenders
• Elaborating financial documentation for tenders
• Managing relationships with Site Directors, RTE, Project Managers, and designers.
