Construction Engineer - Głogów Małopolski and surroundings

Firm F.B.U.H. WALMAR is looking for an employee on the position of Construction Engineer.

Duties:

• Preliminary preparation and organization of construction.
• Development of schedules, quality control of work and technical documentation.
• Control and supervision over the proper execution of construction works.
• Management of subordinate brigades' work.
• Preliminary preparation of estimates, calculations, and cost estimates.
• Cooperation with Inspector, geodetic engineer, and supervisor.
• Participation in coordination meetings and building acceptance.
• Administrative-technical support for the construction engineer's work.
• Preliminary preparation of commercial offers.
• Supervision over the execution of construction processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technical field
• Experience in the construction industry
• Able to work in a team and flexible
• Driving license category B
• Readiness to work on site and in delegation (Podkarpacie)
• Able to work with cost estimation programs
• Very good organizational skills, accuracy, self-reliance
• High ability to organize one's own work
