Construction Coordinator

We at COARE Realisatie literally build buildings. With our construction projects, we bring designs to life, from high-quality walls and ceilings to complete interior finishes. We are looking for a Construction Coordinator who will lead our projects from start to finish.

Your role

As Construction Coordinator, you ensure that our projects are well-prepared. You coordinate with architects, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring perfect planning and oversight of quality, costs, and safety. Thanks to you, design and execution seamlessly come together.

Your responsibilities

• Analyzing interior and construction drawings and project data.
• Preparing construction plans, V&G plans, and project administration.
• Supporting customer inquiries and sales offers.
• Organizing project reviews.
• Requesting and evaluating bids from construction suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiating and advising on supplier selection.
• Prioritizing and providing procurement tasks.
• Delivering and controlling work drawings for execution.
• Preparing and administering more and less work orders.
• Controlling invoices and archiving revision documents.

What do you bring?

• A completed MBO or HBO degree in Building Construction (or comparable level).
• At least 3 years of experience in project preparation within construction/interior construction.
• Knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, and procurement.
• You have affinity with (interior) architecture.
• You are numerically strong, organizationally skilled, and communicatively sharp.
• Experience with MS Office, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• In possession of VOL-VCA.
