Construction Controller (Residential Homebuilding)

We are in an early growth phase and are intentionally building our systems, processes, and financial visibility the right way as we scale. This role is a key hire for us and will directly influence how the business operates, grows, and makes decisions going forward. The Opportunity We are looking for a Construction Controller (Residential Homebuilding) to join our team! As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of our residential home building projects. This includes: • Financial planning and budgeting for new projects • Tracking project costs and ensuring accurate forecasting • Managing cash flow and ensuring timely payments from customers • Collaborating with project managers to ensure financial goals are met • Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on business decisions The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who has experience in construction accounting or a related field.
