Construction Contracts Manager

Hire Resolves' client, who is in the Renewable Energy industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Construction Contracts Manager in the Western Cape. The Construction Contracts Manager is responsible for the contractual administration of the Project contracts and their associated documents. Responsibilities: Before Financial Close, ensure that the relevant clauses in the various contracts are aligned, and advise before contract signature how to manage any potential risks or issues. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management, Law, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction contract administration. Key responsibilities include: • Reviewing and interpreting contracts and associated documents; • Identifying and managing potential risks or issues before Financial Close; • Providing advice on contractual matters to the project team; • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, and finance teams; • Maintaining accurate records of contract administration activities; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
