This position is in our Agriculture and Trade business unit, where we connect grain and oilseed producers and users around the world through origin, trade, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of services for farmers and risk management solutions.

Purpose and Impact at Work

Turno/ Jornada: Diurno

The Conserje II will work under regular guidance to perform cleaning tasks to maintain facilities in clean and orderly conditions. In this role, he/she will ensure a clean installation to guarantee a safe and clean environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Be responsible for biosecurity at the farm entrance
• Maintain order and cleanliness of bathrooms, sanitary services, dining room, offices, and chemical storage rooms
• Be responsible for general laundry (drying and arranging uniforms)
• Ensure the care of assigned equipment for labor
• Acknowledge visits and assign uniforms
• Perform cleaning tasks such as emptying trash and recycling, dusting facilities, cleaning windows and mosquito nets working under regular guidance.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, locker rooms, and break rooms, including microwaves and refrigerators, offices, etc.
• Sweep floors and vacuum all carpets and areas in the workplace.
• Store supplies such as forks, knives, spoons, plates, cups, etc.
• Understand and comply with all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

Mínimas:

• 18 years old or older
• Primary or higher education completed
• Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to work in different environments where there may be: noise, dust, chemicals, etc. With the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work extra hours, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with prior notice
• Operate machinery and/or industrial equipment with or without reasonable accommodations
• Work in various indoor and outdoor conditions that may include temperatures up to 40 degrees.
• Prior experience with inventory systems
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in cleaning
