Operational Excellence Consultant

Canam is looking for an experienced operational excellence consultant with a leadership development profile for a temporary mandate of 2 years. You will be responsible for piloting the deployment of our leadership program (CLD Engagement), a strategic initiative targeting our top-level leaders. This program being already developed, you will ensure its effective implementation across all our sites and factories.

Your demonstrated ability to accompany and coach leaders will be essential and focused primarily on improving leadership skills and management habits. Thanks to your experience in operational excellence and communication and animation skills, you will be able to structure the exchange and set a clear and inspiring learning framework. Your organizational sense and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will ensure rigorous tracking of results across different cohorts, allowing you to recommend necessary adjustments. You will also have to coach your colleagues in applying their roles. Your ability to work closely with various teams will be indispensable for achieving learning objectives, and your expertise will be sought after to participate in key decisions, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the program.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Plan, execute, control assigned deployments
• Animate training sessions according to the learning strategy
• Facilitate program meetings (launch meeting, diagnostic operational results presentation, weekly alignment, steering committee, post-mortem review, etc.)
• Accompany and coach leaders throughout the program, responding to their questions, clarifying concepts, and encouraging active participation
• Evaluate leader progress throughout the journey
• Contribute actively to improving program tools and practices
