Within our Bouygues Telecom store in Troyes, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated customer advisor, ready to take on challenges and contribute to the collective success of the store.

• Welcome, advise, and assist each client by offering solutions tailored to their needs.
• Market our mobile offers, our plans, and our telecom solutions.
• Achieve sales objectives and actively participate in the store's performance.
• Ensure a quality customer experience and contribute to customer loyalty.
• Work as a team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.

• Dynamic and smiling, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• A good listener, attentive to customer needs.

Previous sales experience is a plus. Your motivation, your attitude, and your desire to progress will make the difference!

📄 The terms of the position

• Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
• Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Location: Bouygues Telecom store in Troyes
• Schedule: Work from Monday to Saturday, with one fixed day off during the week.
