At IGA, the consultant in supplements and natural health care has the mandate to increase customer base and sales. He receives, arranges, and displays different products in a way that maintains a clean and attractive work space. He advises customers on various products and dosages. Always demonstrate a courteous and polite attitude to offer exceptional customer service.

Specific Responsibilities:

• To your extensive knowledge of products and natural therapies, you will be able to introduce clients to the richness of our product selection;
• Guide customers in purchasing natural health care products, advising them on products that can work synergistically;
• Ensure reception and storage functions for merchandise according to established standards;
• Pack, label, and perform price changes for products according to established standards;
• Place merchandise on counters and displays according to established norms and planograms;
• Ensure the rotation of all products and control expiration dates according to established standards;
• Clean and maintain a clean work space, counters, and tablets;
• Show initiative and innovation in developing and implementing new ways to motivate customer needs and introduce them to new product ranges;
• Other connected tasks.

• You possess at least 2 years of experience as a natural health care consultant, which is an asset
• Mastery of reception, production, and display tasks is an asset
• You possess great communication skills and are very attentive to customer needs
