In Nahrin AG's external service team, you work extremely autonomously and take care of our precious private clients, but you are not left to yourself. Your main tasks will be: • To advise and support our private clients in a personalized manner, taking into account their specific needs and preferences; • To maintain and develop existing relationships with clients, as well as establish new ones; • To identify and capitalize on business opportunities; • To contribute to the development of Nahrin AG's external service team through your expertise and experience; • To participate in internal projects and initiatives that promote the company's growth and success. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, marketing, etc.) or equivalent experience; • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs).
