• As a Kiabi Sales Consultant, you put all your potential and motivation at the client's service by welcoming them with a smile and giving them fashion advice.

• Welcome each customer with a smile and create a warm atmosphere in-store.

• Ensure quick, efficient, and friendly checkout assistance during the payment process.

• Manage payments, returns, and exchanges according to procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive cash area.

• Identify customer needs, advise, and accompany them in their purchasing decisions.

• Guarantee personalized experiences by highlighting Kiabi products and services.

• Promote the benefits of the Kiabi loyalty program and encourage sign-ups.

• Develop a lasting relationship with our customers by ensuring their satisfaction.
