You will be trained on the latest technologies in the sector and become a recognized technical expert.

The JOB:

In your role as Technical Expert, you are the specialized diagnostic technician and technical reference for the after-sales service. Your role is essential: you ensure the reliability, safety, and quality of interventions performed on vehicles.

In concrete terms:
• Analyze complex malfunctions and failures
• Identify and understand the origin of problems (mechanical, electronic, electrical)
• Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer tools and procedures
• Provide technical support to workshop teams
• Stay regularly up-to-date on new technologies and vehicle innovations

In brief: you are the expert diagnostician of the workshop, the one consulted for complex technical cases and to accompany the team towards technical excellence.

A FORMATION IN ALTERNANCE, A JOB AT THE HEART OF IT ALL:

For 14 months, you will integrate a dealership network in alternation with the VGF Academy: 70% in dealership / 30% in training.

This apprenticeship is certified by the RNCP title TFP TEAVA – Technician Expert After-Sales Automobile. It is rémunérée and entirely taken care of. This Title to Professional Finality is completed by a certification operational Volkswagen Group France via the LEMA+ platform, recognized throughout the network.

To ensure your success, you will be accompanied by:
• A formateur référent within the VGF Academy
• A tuteur en concession, who will guide you in your progressive rise in skills

Result: a high employment rate at the end of the program!

Your PROFILE:

• Holding a degree in automotive maintenance or technology (TEAVA, Bac Pro, Bac, BTS)

  • School transcript to be attached during the application process (in Fichiers supplémentaires)

• Holder of a driving license or in the process of obtaining one
