The job of Technical Consultant Expert places you at the heart of the workshop, where state-of-the-art diagnostics, advanced technologies and expertise make all the difference.

You will be trained on the latest technologies in the sector and become a recognized technical expert.

The JOB:

In your role as Technical Consultant Expert, you are the specialized diagnostic technician and technical reference for the after-sales service. Your role is essential: you ensure the reliability, safety and quality of interventions performed on vehicles.

In concrete terms:
• Analyze complex malfunctions and breakdowns
• Identify and understand the origin of problems (mechanical, electronic, electrical)
• Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer tools and procedures
• Provide technical support to workshop teams
• Keep yourself regularly up-to-date on new technologies and vehicle innovations

In brief: you are the expert diagnostician of the workshop, the one who is consulted for complex technical cases and to accompany the team towards technical excellence.

A FORMATION IN ALTERNANCE, A JOB AT THE KEY:

For 14 months, you will integrate a dealership network in alternance with the VGF Academy: 70% in dealership / 30% in formation.

This training is certified by the RNCP title TFP TEAVA – Technician Expert After-Sales Automobile. It is rémunérée and entirely taken care of. This Title to Professional Finality is completed by a certification operational Volkswagen Group France via the LEMA+ platform, recognized throughout the network.

To ensure your success, you will be accompanied by:

Your PROFILE:

• Diplômes expected: BAC PRO MV (Vehicle Maintenance) or BTS MV (Vehicle Maintenance)

• CV

• Copies of transcripts

• Test taken at a distance on the following systems: Electricity, Multiplexing, Fuel injection, Diesel injection, Motorization, Train wheels, Active safety: ABS, ESP, Air conditioning, Overdrive

• Technical interview

• Holder of a driving license or in the process of obtaining one
