Your main tasks:

• Receiving and returning customer vehicles
• Scheduling workshop appointments
• Writing complete and detailed work orders
• Advising and selling additional services

What you bring:

• Completed training as an automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or commercial employee with a strong interest in technology
• Very good knowledge of German and French
• Commercial knowledge and, preferably, customer contact experience
• In-depth IT knowledge
• Category B driver's license
• Service-oriented, availability
