Description of the post
We are looking for an energetic and motivated human resources consultant to support our store managers.
Your responsibilities
- Act as a consultant to store managers (discipline, problem-solving, interpretation of collective agreements, interpretation of laws);
- Accompany and develop the skills of store managers to manage and mobilize their teams;
- Assist management during collective agreement negotiations;
- Develop a trusting relationship with all employee groups by collaborating with store managers;
- Develop and implement different projects in a spirit of continuous improvement.
