Independent Real Estate Advisor (M/F)

The Independent Real Estate Advisor (H/F) position (Please note that this position is not suitable for an alternating or internship rhythm). We are currently looking for independent real estate advisors to join the Propriétés Privées network: an innovative and close-knit network of advisors. For nearly 20 years, Propriétés Privées has trained and accompanied over 3500 independent real estate advisors (or negotiators) across France. Your missions : • To provide personalized advice to clients on the sale or rental of their properties, • To identify and analyze market trends and developments, • To develop a network of contacts and relationships with clients, partners, and other professionals in the real estate sector, • To maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in the field of real estate, • To work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet client needs. Les compétences attendues : • Maîtrise de la langue française (écrit et parlée) à un niveau élevé, • Connaissance approfondie du marché immobilier français, • Capacité à travailler en autonomie et en équipe, • Bonne capacité d’adaptation et de flexibilité, • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (ordinateur, logiciel, etc.) pour la gestion des données et des communications.
