Job description

Job Description:

Share your passion, boost your business
"What I like most about Decathlon is the human aspect above all, and the desire to develop its employees. The feeling of being supported is fundamental." - HappyTrainees 2025 Survey

Are you looking for a first experience where you can combine your passion for sport with your desire to learn about business? At Decathlon, becoming an Omnichannel Sales Advisor is more than just selling a product: it's about supporting every athlete in their practice.

Why join us?

A modern business school: Omnichannel is at the heart of our strategy. You will learn to sell face-to-face, but also to use our digital tools to meet our customers' needs.
A playground to learn and grow: Supported by your tutor, you will discover all aspects of store life. We are committed to the success of your academic and professional journey: your degree is our common priority.
A human adventure above all: You will join a team of enthusiasts where mutual support is the rule. Here, we give young people who want to be autonomous and responsible entrepreneurs a chance.

What does a Sales Advisor do?

Under the guidance of your tutor, you will develop skills in department management and customer relations:

1. Customer Delight (Your coaching role)
You welcome and advise athletes with a smile and expertise to help them find the ideal product or service.
You make sport accessible by sharing your usage tips and your enthusiast's tricks.
You ensure impeccable customer service, both in-store and through our digital channels.

2. Commercial Dynamism (Your entrepreneurial side)
You guarantee product availability: you manage product placement on the shelves, stock management, and the cleanliness of your area.
You highlight products through effective and attractive merchandising.
You actively participate in commercial operations and store life.

3. Team Play (Your team spirit)
You participate in team briefings and the daily life of the store.
You are proactive in improving customer satisfaction and your department's performance.
