Job Description

for a long-term temporary assignment
As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Answering calls from clients
• Advising and redirecting clients on the company's products
• Examining each request with the aim of providing an appropriate solution
• Writing written correspondence
• Ensuring a high-quality service delivery

Profile Required

• You have commercial training
• You have experience in the Swiss banking sector and/or a call center in Switzerland
• You have a perfect command of French (level C2-C1), you have good knowledge of German or Italian (level B2-C1), the three national languages would be a huge asset!
• You are comfortable with standard computer tools
• You have a very strong customer focus and good initiative
• An extract from the judicial record and an extract from the debt enforcement register will be required for this assignment
