Objectives: • To provide personalized advice and support to customers seeking mortgage credit; • To analyze the financial situation of each customer and offer tailored solutions; • To ensure that customers are well-informed about their credit options and the associated risks; • To maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions with customers. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; • 2 years of experience in the banking sector or a related field; • Strong knowledge of mortgage credit products and regulations; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
