• A strong professional ethic
• Insurance Intermediary Certificate AFA (all branches profile) or the motivation to obtain it - we will support you in this process
• Several years of professional experience, in consulting, sales, or another field where client contact is central
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills
• A regional network and local roots are a real advantage
• Professional ethic, with a responsible and resilient personality
• Dynamic, positive, and convincing personality, authentic and empathetic by nature
• Ability to work autonomously while appreciating teamwork
