You live in Lausanne or its region? You have already been able to put into practice your sales, negotiation, and networking skills? Your interest in the field of insurance is strong? Your contribution to the company
- Personalized and tailored counseling for individual and collective insurance solutions
- Counseling in the mortgage domain as well as in the investment domain
- Fidelity of your client base and development of your own portfolio of clients
- Aquisition of new clients to ensure the growth of your region's portfolio
- Placement of other AXA group products (non-life, health)
- Performance of administrative tasks related to your position, with the support of the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools
Your skills and talents
- You have completed an apprenticeship and have a first professional experience acquired. Knowledge of the services sector, insurance, or banking as well as an undeniable affinity for financial products and insurance are necessary
- You have a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a vast Lausannois network
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in contacts with others, you seek solutions for your clients and you know how to adapt to any situation
- Your work method is autonomous and goal-oriented
- You master French both orally and in writing, any other language is an asset
- You are at ease with usual computer systems as well as learning new digital tools
