We are a Belgian company in full evolution, driven by engaged and passionate teams, and active in a demanding technical environment.
To reinforce our Quality, Security, and Environment approach, we are looking for a Consultant in Prevention & QSE to accompany our teams durably on our sites in Libin and Milmort.

Your mission;

Under the direct supervision of the Direction, you will intervene autonomously and transversally to ensure a safe, compliant, and performing work environment.
You are a key actor in structuring, following up, and continuously improving our QSE policy.

Your responsibilities;

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and normative requirements for safety, quality, and the environment, and maintain active surveillance.
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks: writing risk analyses, tracking and adapting prevention plans, managing incidents and accidents.
• Sensitize, train, and accompany colleagues to good QSE practices, in a pragmatic and field-oriented approach.
• Write, update, and structure QSE documentation (quarterly and annual reports, procedures, etc.).
• Follow up on action plans and prepare, coordinate, and accompany internal and external audits.
• Work closely with the Direction to define, implement, and optimize QSE actions within the organization.




Profile;
• Degree in Consultant in Prevention level II, with a good grasp of certification principles (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with a concrete, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.
• Proactive personality, organized, and structured, with good communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams.Offre;
