Under the direct supervision of the Wealth Manager, the Wealth Management Advisor's mission is to manage and develop a profitable portfolio of individual clients, including self-employed workers and merchants, as well as legal entities with fewer than 10 employees (including holding companies, civil companies, asset management companies), by implementing the Company's commercial policy, in compliance with conformity, ethics, and deontology rules. The Wealth Management Advisor may only solicit individual clients and legal entities residing in mainland France or in the overseas departments and territories, of French or foreign nationality but having French resident status. As a Wealth Management Advisor, your missions will be: - Prospecting within the target defined as part of the Company's strategy and developing the commercial activity of individual clientele entrusted by the company; - Managing a target clientele as defined and in particular: - Following up and updating client files using the tools provided by the company; - Carrying out an economic, civil, fiscal, and succession analysis of clients' assets; - Advising on the determination of a wealth strategy to meet the personal objectives, needs, and management criteria of clients; - Proposing several adapted solutions meeting clients' objectives and needs, while calling upon experts if necessary (Referents, Wealth Engineer - Account Manager, etc.); - Meeting the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by this Agreement and those replacing it and communicated by the Wealth Manager and/or the Agency Director. - As a wealth management advisor, you will benefit from a fixed salary between €27,000 and €60,000 depending on your level (from 1 to expert), to which is added an unlimited variable remuneration indexed to your commercial performance; - Tailored support: a manager who listens to you, the support of a team of experts, and dedicated support functions; - The widest range of open-architecture investment solutions to meet your clients' needs; - Unique in-house training school to enable you to grow and perform; - Benefits: mileage allowance according to the current scale, meal vouchers for your lunch breaks, employee savings and retirement scheme to prepare for the future, employer-provided welfare and health insurance; - Career opportunities and mobility throughout France; - Position open to teleworking.
