Security and Risk Management Consultant
Job description
Current position available: Safety/Quality and Management Department Your mission You participate in all steps related to risk management in order to ensure the safety of patients, staff and infrastructure. You participate in the development of institutional macro-processes, the implementation of business continuity plans and monitoring indicators. You develop the process approach (e.g., clinical pathways, care pathways, mapping, critical incident analysis) for the prevention and mitigation of risks related to patient safety, quality of care and organizational performance. You contribute to the improvement of risk management practices through training, coaching and mentoring of healthcare professionals. You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
