On a daily basis, you will assist them in managing their operations, help them make the right decisions, and contribute to the success of their projects. Your mission As a trusted advisor, you will support a portfolio of winegrowing clients in their strategic, economic, and financial considerations. Thanks to your expertise and knowledge of the sector, you will carry out a comprehensive analysis of their operations to help them anticipate changes in their business and secure their decisions. In this capacity, you will: - Support winegrower farmers in the management and development of their business; - Analyze the economic and financial performance of operations and identify areas for improvement; - Conduct comprehensive diagnoses and formulate recommendations tailored to each client's objectives; - Advise clients on their investment, development, transmission, or business evolution projects; - Ensure regular follow-up with your clients to build a lasting relationship of proximity and trust; - Detect complementary needs and mobilize the most suitable internal expertise; - Lead group meetings, working groups, or events for viticulture professionals; - Contribute to economic and regulatory monitoring of the sector to provide relevant and high-value advice.
