To strengthen our accounting expertise department, we are looking for our Business Advisor - Expert Consultant M/F. #ChezFITECO Alençon, you are part of a dynamic team driven by colleagues who support you and involve you in every project. Your contribution is precious for collective success! As an Expert Consultant within our firm, you will play a key role in building and developing relationships with our clients. In close collaboration with the partner and the Group's commercial animation manager, your main mission will be to ensure an exceptional client relationship. Your missions will be as follows: 1. Support in the implementation of client processes - Follow up on client files (file activation, generalization of direct debits) and identify their needs, - Prepare regular reports for management and propose improvements to be implemented 2. Awareness and duty of advice - Promote and ensure the coordination of commercial actions - Organize and lead client workshops / information meetings - Disseminate actions planned by management to the teams and ensure their implementation 3. Commercial development & client listening - Listen, understand and identify client needs - Present, enhance, and sell services adapted to client needs and projects - Manage specific client projects (creation, restructuring, development) - Develop the site's clientele by taking charge of prospects (support and business plan preparation) - Participate in the external representation of the company Why come work #ChezFITECO?
