We are looking for talents for a Sales Advisor (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI), to join our team at La Samaritaine. This position is based at La Samaritaine in Paris (75).

Reporting to the Director of the Apartment, your main responsibilities will be:

Deliver a unique customer experience:

• Make the customer the priority of the apartment to ensure optimal customer service;
• Embody the Sézane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming);
• Welcome your clients with generosity and empathy to offer them the best possible experience;
• Consider the personality of your Clients to identify their desires;
• Introduce the Brand and our different universes/products;
• Be an ambassador for the Brand's omnichannel approach (apartment and web);
• Be curious and develop in-depth knowledge of the Brand and products;
• Be proactive in suggesting specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique;
• Handle customer complaints and dissatisfactions to satisfy and retain our clients;
• Know our CSR policy to respond to clients.

Ensure Brand image:

• Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising;
• Check product labeling on the floor;
• Participate in merchandising implementation and ensure its follow-up;
• Offer clients an exciting and inspiring shopping experience;
• Monitor and maintain the commercial level of the point of sale;
• Have a fashion culture to be proactive with suggestions.

Ensure smooth Operations:

• Apply Sézane policies, Standards, and procedures;
• Process payments and comply with operational procedures;
• Carry out specific processing processes (returns, exchanges, reservations);
• Participate in defining the necessary staffing levels to meet customer expectations;
• Ensure good stock management.

Have a team spirit:

• Be a Team player, participate in all ancillary tasks;
• Contribute to creating a positive and harmonious environment to foster group synergy;
• Relay the brand's commitments.

Requirements

• Do you have previous successful experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, catering, sales, entertainment... or not yet, but are driven by customer relations?
• Do you have a sense of service, an excellent presentation, and a strong fashion sensibility;
• Do you have team spirit, a desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and galvanizing environment;
• Do you dislike being bored because you are full of energy?
