Part-time Sales Consultant (H/F)

We are looking for the talents of a Sales Consultant (H/F), part-time on Saturdays, to join our Pop-Up in Brussels.

Attached to the Department Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Deliver a unique customer experience :

• Makes the client the priority of the department to ensure optimal customer service
• Becomes the spirit and style of Sézane through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming)
• Welcome your clients with generosity and empathy to offer them the best possible experience
• Consider the personality of your Clients to identify their desires
• Makes discover the Brand and our different univers/products
• Serves as an ambassador for the omnichannelity of the Brand (department and web)
• Shows curiosity and develops a deep knowledge of the Brand and products
• Is a force for proposing specific actions to make customer experience memorable and unique.
• Treats complaints and dissatisfied customers to satisfy and retain our clients
• Knows our RSE policy to respond to customers

Guarantee the Brand image :

• Knows the basic rules of Sézane merchandising
• Verifies product labeling on the floor
• Participates in implementing and monitoring merchandising
• Offers customers a passionate and inspiring shopping experience
• Follows and maintains the commercial level of the point of sale
• Has a fashion culture to be a force for proposals

Have a team spirit :

• Is a team player, participates in all ancillary tasks
• Participates in creating a positive and harmonious environment to create group synergy
• Relays the commitments of the brand

Requirements

You have had a successful first experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, catering, sales, animation... or not yet, but are driven by customer relations?

You have a sense of service, excellent presentation, and strong fashion sensitivity.

You have team spirit, the desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and galvanizing environment.
