As an extension, Sézane came to life in 2013: the first French fashion brand born online. Then came to enrich this universe: Octobre Éditions for men, Les Composantes, this time dedicated to the art of living, and Petit Sézane for children.

We are looking for the talents of an intern Sales Advisor to join our retail team in Marseille starting in September 2026. This position is based in Marseille (13).

Reporting to the Apartment Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Deliver a unique customer experience:

• Make the customer the priority of the apartment to ensure optimal customer service;
• Embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respecting grooming standards);
• Welcome your clients with generosity and empathy to offer them the best possible experience;
• Consider your clients' personalities to identify their desires;
• Introduce the Brand and our different universes/products;
• Be an ambassador for the Brand's omnichannel approach (apartment and web);
• Show curiosity and develop in-depth knowledge of the Brand and products;
• Be proactive in proposing specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique;
• Handle customer complaints and dissatisfactions to satisfy and retain our clients;
• Know our CSR policy to answer customer queries.

Ensure Brand image:

• Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising;
• Check product labeling on the floor;
• Participate in merchandising implementation and ensure its follow-up;
• Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience;
• Monitor and maintain the sales performance of the point of sale;
• Have a fashion culture to be proactive in suggestions.

Have a team spirit:

• Be a Team-player, participate in all ancillary tasks;
• Contribute to creating a positive and harmonious environment to foster group synergy;
• Relay the brand's commitments.

Requirements

• Do you have previous successful experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, catering, sales, entertainment... or not yet, but are driven by customer relations?
• Do you have a sense of service, an excellent presentation, and a strong fashion sensibility;
• Do you have a team spirit, a desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and invigorating environment;
• Do you dislike boredom because you are full of energy?
