The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field such as law, economics or business administration, with at least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry. He/She must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to adapt quickly to new situations. The candidate should also have knowledge of the Swiss insurance market and regulations, as well as proficiency in MS Office.
