Job description
Within the agency and in your geographical area, you are a key contact person to advise families. As such, you are responsible for: - Welcoming families with respect and kindness in order to understand their expectations and constraints. - Building a personalized solution with them (funerals, monuments, funeral prévoyance) and defining appropriate financing. - Ensuring excellence in support and contributing to the reputation of your brand by maintaining a trusting relationship with families and local stakeholders. - Administrative and financial follow-up of files.
