The position of Online Banking Customer Advisor Quimper H/F

Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne is recruiting Customer Advisors for individuals for the Quimper relations center!

Your missions:
- Welcome customers and prospects by phone
- Handle various requests from customers and prospects (ceiling modifications, card renewals, insurance contract subscriptions, etc.)
- Support customers in digital autonomy
- Assess customer relationship risks to comply with the regulatory framework
- Manage assistance lines (insurance, remote banking, toll-free number, online credit...)
- Make commercial upsells following incoming calls
- Market products and services (banking services, savings, credit, insurance).

The profile sought

- Minimum Bac+2 degree
- You have studied in the banking sector and/or have successful experience in a commercial role.
- Your communication skills allow you to be proactive in marketing our range of banking products and services

Is this a new field for you?

Don't worry, comprehensive support will be provided upon your arrival.
You will benefit from initial training of 15 days through our FIER program (Training, Integration, Commitment, Success) which covers essential areas: knowledge of the company and its values, and the 4 main product categories marketed in branches: savings, loans, insurance, and banking services.
This program has been designed to enable you to take charge of your client portfolio from your arrival at the branch.

1. A recruitment officer will contact you to schedule a telephone interview to discuss your professional project and will send you recruitment tests.

2. You will then be invited to an interview with a recruitment officer and a manager at our premises.
