Technical Application Consultant (m/f)

Western Region

Your tasks

- Perform tasks planned and organized by the sales department.

- Advise contractors, masons, construction departments, engineers, general contractors, as well as cantonal and municipal administrations.

- Analyze customer needs and propose the most suitable product and system solutions.

- Provide technical support and develop solutions on construction sites.

- Participate in training courses, technical presentations, and professional events.

- Stay informed about new products, systems, and market developments.

- Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales department and silo maintenance) to ensure optimal customer support.

- Prepare visit reports and ensure administrative follow-up of activities.

- Handle complaints and propose appropriate solutions.

Your profile

- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a mason, road construction worker, or equivalent qualification in the construction field.

- Several years of practical experience in construction.

- Good knowledge of the construction market in French-speaking Switzerland.

- Experience in technical consulting, an asset.

- Strong interest in concrete and civil engineering products.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

- Independent, committed, and results-oriented personality.

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities and stress.

- Proficiency in French, German an advantage.

- Ideally aged between 35 and 45 years

- Ideally residing in the canton of Jura/Neuchâtel/Nord Vaudois
