Connect People - AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer (back end) This role combines back-end development on our internal ERP (My Client) with the design and evolution of AI agent systems integrated into our operational workflows. The ideal candidate is technically versatile, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where concrete delivery matters. Mission Develop and evolve AI-based solutions to connect people within our organization. Key responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain AI agent systems integrated into operational workflows; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design AI-based solutions that meet those needs; Work closely with IT department to ensure seamless integration of AI systems with existing infrastructure; Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems; Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of AI system quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field; 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, software development, or a related field; Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or other languages; Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn; Familiarity with data structures and algorithms; Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
