ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for a Configuration Support Specialist to empower Stakeholders through Technical Expertise and Training for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Configuring Reusable Solution Platforms (RSPs) by leveraging established solutions and integrating them into the ECMP environment.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for stakeholders utilizing ECMP.
- Creating learning paths and educational materials; organizing and facilitating demonstrations and training sessions for stakeholders.
- Providing ongoing support to stakeholders in their use of ECMP, and redirecting inquiries to specialized RSP teams as appropriate.
