Job description
- Onboarding of Functional Teams & Definition of Service Offerings: Support of functional teams during onboarding in ServiceNow, as well as definition of Technology- and Business-Service-Offerings (TSO/BSO)
- Data Management & Configuration Management Database: Identification and evaluation of data sources, mapping onto the CSDM, and ensuring completeness and data quality in the CMDB
- Process- & Tool-Trainings: Conducting training sessions on ITSM tools and processes for departments
- Audit & Quality Assurance: Auditing of CMDB data and implementing measures to improve, in collaboration with the line organization
- Process Management: Further development of asset- and configuration-management processes, as well as deriving measures from reports
- Technical Administration: Support and administration of ITSM processes, objects, and workflows
- ITIL Processes & Analysis: Participation in other ITIL processes (e.g. Incident, Change, Problem) and conducting root-cause analyses
