Verify the loading order for loading and confirm the product and quantity to be loaded;

At the time of receipt (loading and unloading) and during the process, perform visual inspection of the cotton fluff;

Inspect containers to be stuffed, respecting the standards of the shipowners (ship supplier), in case of doubt about damages, contact operation management;

Fill out discharge/stuffing records (discharge/stuffing control) for quantity, visual quality, and lots, ensuring that all final received products at the unit comply with purchase standards, loading or visual quality fluff damage;

Count and control all stock, ensuring no deviation or conflict of information from stock;

Remove cotton samples for classification and quality testing;

In rainy periods, inspect cotton piles in storage;

Request patty assistants to reform the cotton bundle according to bundle damage levels;

Support logistics and operations areas during merchandise and document conferences;

Receive empty or full container units;

Position containers for legal organ inspection;

Seal empty containers at embarkation time, with photographic report, certifying that the seal corresponds to the container according to the draft;
