Conference & Events Manager

As our Conference & Events Manager you will work in partnership with our Groups & Events Sales Manager to successfully secure event business at the resort, taking full ownership of events once their business is secured by our Sales Manager. You will be the direct point of contact for all groups and events business, developing a strong rapport with C & E organisers and effectively managing communication with our sales and operations teams to exceed our clients’ expectations. Your role: Responsibility for the entire event lifecycle from initial inquiry to post-event evaluation, including but not limited to: Event concept development, budgeting, planning, execution, and evaluation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery of events. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and event organisers; • Coordinating logistics for events including catering, audio-visual equipment, and other necessary arrangements; • Managing event budgets and ensuring financial targets are met; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service; • Ensuring compliance with resort policies and procedures.
